How your order is fulfilled
Books are shipped directly from Ingram's distribution centres, so your order goes out from the warehouse closest to stock availability rather than from us. This keeps delivery fast and lets us offer a much wider catalogue than we could hold in-house.
Processing time
Most in-stock titles are picked and packed within 1–2 business days. Print-on-demand titles are printed to order and need 3–5 business days before they ship. If your order mixes both, items may arrive in separate parcels at no extra cost to you.

Estimates start from the day your order ships, not the day you place it.
Shipping costs
Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Tracking
You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan.
International orders
Customs duties and import taxes are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times abroad can vary with customs processing.
