D'Sean and His Emotions

Message for Children Inspired by D'sean. It's okay to feel all kinds of feelings happy, sad, angry, confused, excited, or scared. Every feeling is essential because every feeling tells us something about what we need. Just like D'sean, you can take a moment to breathe, talk to someone you trust, and ask for help when you need it. Your emotions don't make you "too much" they make you human, strong, and brave.
