To Disappear

Set in Salt Lake City, Utah, in 1983, To Disappear follows the struggle of Amanda Granger, a beautiful and talented singer. Orphaned at eleven when her mother is raped and murdered, Amanda grew up navigating the streets of Chicago, learning the nuances of survival.

After a divorce Amanda moves to Salt Lake City where she is abducted and learns her ex-husband followed her, and has sold her into the world of two and three thousand dollar a night escorts. Now she must find a way out and reclaim her life.

In this fight, she stumbles upon evidence that will bring down the man responsible for, not only her abduction, but drugs, trafficking, and the previous murders of several young women.

With the help of her handler, Amanda gains her freedom, but it is gained at a cost, and she discovers that facing an attacker in court can be the most difficult battle of all.
