What Remains

When Allison Ward learns she carries the gene for Sorvain's Disease, the same one that took her mother, her greatest fear isn't her own decline, but Arya, her five-year-old daughter. Convinced Arya is at risk, Allison accepts William Calor's offer of hope at his remote mountain institute. She takes Arya and leaves her husband, Neil, a note: Don't follow.

He follows.

What Neil finds on that mountain is much more than a medical facility. The closer he gets to Allison and Arya, the clearer it becomes that William Calor's cure is something far worse. And Allison, desperate and out of time, may already be too far gone to save.
